Bring us the workflow your team keeps working around.
Tell us what starts the work, who owns it, and where it slows down.
One workflow first, then the next.
Scope is based on the workflow, the systems involved, risk, volume, and how much of the ongoing operation Applied Crew owns. We do not price by seat, and we scope after the workflow study rather than before it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Bring us one workflow. We will ask what triggers it, who owns it, how often it runs, which systems it touches, where it slows down, and what result matters. A short workflow study comes before a production scope.
Time with the people who do the job, access to the systems the work touches, and a named owner who can approve a change to the process. A first conversation needs none of that — only a description of the workflow.
Before accessing data, we agree on permissions, environments, retention, logging, approval points, and incident ownership. Access is limited to what the workflow requires. Detailed controls are shared during technical review.
Commercial terms state what the customer owns, what Applied Crew licenses, and which reusable components remain part of the Applied Crew deployment system. The current terms are shared before an engagement begins.
