Engineers who deploy
beside the team.
Applied Crew was founded by engineers who build AI systems directly with customer teams. We work inside the process as it exists, ship the system that changes it, and stay with the workflow after launch.
How the company works
Where the experience comes from.
Before Applied Crew, our founders helped more than 30 company teams design, ship, and improve AI systems across sales and operations. Applied Crew brings that same hands-on model to companies without a dedicated AI deployment team.

Each deployment makes the next faster.
Today a senior engineer leads every Applied Crew engagement: the team learns the workflow, builds the system, and operates it with the customer. The parts that repeat are becoming software — workflow capture, connectors, business context, evaluations, approval logic, monitoring, and outcome reporting. Those components reduce the custom work required in later deployments.
The people doing
the deployments.
Applied Crew is a small team of forward-deployed engineers. Every engagement is led by someone who will sit with the operators, write the code, and stay on the workflow after it is live.

Build what actually ships
We are hiring engineers who want to sit with operators, study a real process, and stay responsible for what they deploy.

Open roles
Sit with operators, study a live workflow, and build the production system that changes it.
Build and maintain the connectors that let a deployment read and write a customer's systems of record.
Build the test sets, scoring, and monitoring that decide whether a workflow is ready for production.
Run the one-week study: trace the process, find the constraint, and write the scope.
